Acceptable use
This website is provided for you to learn about MoksFix and get in touch about a project. Please don't use it to submit false, misleading or malicious information, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
Project engagements
Every project we deliver is governed by a written quote or agreement covering scope, timeline and price, shared before work begins. These general terms cover this website and our working relationship in principle; specific project terms in a signed quote or contract take precedence where they differ.
Intellectual property
Ownership of the final design, code and content we deliver for your project transfers to you on full and final payment, unless your agreement states otherwise. Until then, and for any pre-existing tools, frameworks or internal components we use to build it, MoksFix retains ownership.
Service disclaimer
We build every project with care, testing and attention to performance and security, but we cannot guarantee that any website or application will be completely free of defects or uninterrupted at all times. We'll work with you promptly to resolve issues that arise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
